Shipping is FREE on all U.S. orders over $20! 

Since shipping is FREE, please allow 3-7 Business Day processing followed by USPS first class mail.

USPS International Priority can take more than a week.

we only control Rott processing Not USPS 

Orders are not processed till the following day

ie an order placed on the 1st means its first day of processing will be considered the 2nd 

Orders placed on MONDAY & TUESDAY before 3pm are shipped

same day! unless your order or part falls under a specialty/ preorder item.

all clothing items are subject to longer processing WITHIN our stated processing time to ensure quality!

All sales are final

ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN UPDATED VIA USPS TRACKING IT IS IN THEIR HANDS WE CAN NOT INTERVENE AS WE DO NOT PERSONALLY DELIVER PIECES

ALL USPS ISSUES MUST BE HANDLED WITH USPS

PLEASE add apt/unit numbers if needed Rott is not liable for any mishaps on the consumer's end due to heavy orders.

 

If customers make any mistakes with their address when checking out

 Rott will do our best to work with any request made ie;

"I would like this piece instead of xyz"

"I would like silver instead of xyz"

            However, we are responsible for the order invoiced and if said order is sent out during or before the consumer request, we are NOT liable 

As a business we are on an automatic system 

it is our responsibility to fulfil the invoiced pieces to you efficiently and quickly

All merchandise is thoroughly inspected, and quality checked before it leaves our facility. Upon its departure, Rott is no longer responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

 

all sales are in USD as we are an American-based brand we are not liable for the following :

★ country taxes applied after the sale  

★ currency change

★ shipping is based on USPS fare

 

this has to do with GOVERNING where you reside NOT ROTT

you must contact us within  3 days after your order has arrived to be eligible for a replacement 

All sales are final, we do not issue refunds 

 

In the event your order is incorrect at Rott's fault please contact us and we will be happy to correct any errors. ​
